How to ensure the safety of gas boilers?

Oil/gas boilers refer to boilers whose fuel is oil or gas (such as natural gas, biogas, blast furnace gas, liquefied petroleum gas, diesel oil, light oil, etc.), and can be divided into steam boilers and hot water boilers according to their functions. Oil/gas boilers are special equipment and a type of pressure vessel. In addition, the fuel is flammable. Based on the particularities of this type of equipment, the safety of its operation must be guaranteed. The following six elements are required:

1. Explosion-proof doors must be set on the boiler body and flue;

2. Gas leakage alarm devices and ventilation equipment must be installed in the gas boiler room;

3. There must be a strict sequence control system for the start and stop of the gas boiler;

4. The burner must be equipped with automatic flameout protection device;

5. The pipelines of gas-fired boilers must be checked frequently, and there must be a necessary interlocking protection control system in the furnace;

6. The stoker of the gas boiler must be a full-time person in charge, and conduct regular and fixed-point inspections of the gas boiler.
