The boiler itself is a special equipment with very strict operating requirements, and natural gas is flammable, so the safe operation of gas boilers cannot be ignored. In order to ensure the safe operation of gas boilers, users must keep in mind the safety operation specifications. Yuanda Boiler will introduce the precautions for safe operation of gas boilers:

1. Explosion-proof doors must be set on the boiler body and flue to minimize the damage to the boiler caused by the explosion of the furnace;

2. Gas leakage alarm devices and ventilation equipment must be installed in the gas boiler room;

3. There must be a strict sequence control system for the start and stop of the gas boiler; the furnace and flue must be purged before ignition, and the combustible gas that may be accumulated in the furnace can be completely removed before ignition;

4. The burner must be equipped with an automatic flameout protection device; if the ignition is unsuccessful once or there is a flameout phenomenon, the burner must be able to automatically purge before re-ignition, and then the boiler can be ignited according to the normal procedure;

5. The pipelines of gas-fired boilers must be checked frequently, and there must be a necessary interlocking protection control system in the furnace;

6. The burner must be equipped with an automatic flameout protection device. If the ignition fails once or the flameout occurs, the burner must be able to automatically purge before re-ignition, and then the boiler can be ignited according to the normal procedure;

7. The most important point is that as the stoker of the gas boiler, the person in charge must conduct regular and fixed-point inspections of the gas boiler.
