1. In order to increase the furnace temperature and facilitate the rapid overflow of volatiles of biomass fuel, special air supply facilities are installed on the installed biomass fuel boiler. Under the requirement of fully ensuring the oxygen supply of burning biomass "particles", Boiler inlet air volume can be adjusted.
2. When adding biomass fuel into the boiler furnace, in order to facilitate feeding into the hopper, a different method of coal feeding is adopted in the previous coal-fired boiler. The coal loading method of the coal-fired boiler is to directly pour the coal into the coal hopper by the coal loading machine or the coal conveying device, and enter the furnace through the coal gate and the chain grate for combustion. When biomass fuel passes through the coal hopper and the coal gate, because the biomass fuel particles are larger than coal, when passing through the coal gate, the collision resistance between the particles is larger, and the fuel particles are larger than the coal because of their volume, and enter the coal. The gate is easy to be blocked, so the thickness of the fuel layer passing through the coal gate in the fuel hopper is uneven, which is not conducive to combustion.
Therefore, in order to solve this problem, the original open hopper used for the fuel hopper is made into a closed hopper, and a gate that can manually adjust the thickness of the fuel layer is directly installed in the hopper. The fuel passes through the underground storage hopper - the screw feeder - the conveying pipe - the closed hopper - the coal gate - the chain grate - the boiler. When passing through the gate that adjusts the thickness of the fuel layer, the fuel also encounters resistance to collision with each other, and the particle fuel volume is easily blocked by the coal gate.
However, since the fuel is transported in the feeding pipe, it enters the hopper under the rotation of the external force of the screw shaft of the screw feeder. Under the push of the external force of the screw shaft, the resistance of the fuels colliding with each other can be overcome, so that the fuel can enter and pass smoothly. The coal gate enters the boiler under the rotation of the chain grate for combustion.
3. Since the
Biomass Boiler fuel is a high volatile fuel, the combustion speed of the fuel is faster than that of coal, and the ash content of the fuel is lower than that of coal, and the burnout rate of the fuel is higher than that of coal. The burnout rate of biomass fuel can reach 96%, while the burnout rate of coal is between 85 and 94%. Therefore, according to the boiler load, correctly adjusting the thickness of the biomass fuel layer and the speed of the grate is a measure to maximize the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
